The dining experiences at Cusin were outstanding; both breakfast and dinner featured exquisite, ample portions, and I deeply appreciated their thoughtful gesture of arranging a delicious picnic lunch for our hike. The warm ambiance created by the nightly fires in our room, complemented with cozy hot water bottles, made our stay feel especially welcoming and intimate. The stunning grounds were a delight to explore, with beautifully landscaped gardens and historical artifacts that transformed the property into a living museum. Staff interactions were consistently friendly and accommodating, particularly Melisa, who provided a captivating historical tour upon our arrival. Hacienda Cusin is not merely a hotel but a true experience; I can't wait to return with my family and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable visit to Otavalo!
